Dudley Services, Inc. is a MA Department of Labor Standards licensed asbestos abatement company specializing in vermiculite insulation removal services for Residential & Commercial customers in the Greater Boston & surrounding areas. At Dudley we make every attempt to provide a "top shelf" experience with our prompt, courteous and highly professional services.
Dudley's Management has over 35 years experience in the often complex asbestos abatement field and has successfully served over 20,000 customers throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
Our dedicated team has invested and worked relentlessly towards perfecting the
"Bulk Extraction System Technology" (BEST) process for vermiculite and all other forms of loose insulation commonly found in attics.
The end result of our constant innovations has provided the most effective, safe & efficient method known for all potential vermiculite and insulation extraction scenarios.
Working in attics presents some of the most difficult working condition to be found...anywhere. This difficulty has fed into our need to discover & innovate solutions that provide safety/security for our customers and employees. We continuously prove with each project that our BEST system provides the guaranteed results necessary for the strict compliance required in the asbestos abatement industry and the level of efficiency gained by using this system allows us to be on time and on budget. This is what sets us apart from our competition. We know how to control the work environments we encounter and by doing so, we eliminate any exposure risks for our customers.

Our Mission Statement:
To streamline the process, increase the safety, optimize the efficiency and alleviate the costs building owners experience when attempting to properly weatherize the estimated 10 to 30 million United States homes that have vermiculite or asbestos insulation within their attics/walls/basements.... by 2050 to 2080 (incentives willing!) Overall, we seek to do our part towards eliminating as many barriers as humanly possible during weatherization processes.

Corporate "Innovation Contribution" goals:

-Create multiple electric powered high velocity "Bulk Extraction System Technology" (BEST) systems that are modular, scalable, efficient, inexpensive, commercial off the shelf and user friendly: This has been successful so far, yet the innovation process never ends!...

-Procure a "Portable battery system which can be recharged by a renewable electricity source" These batteries will be used to power up our "Bulk Extraction System Technology" (BEST) system at our customers homes and businesses either truck mounted or portable.

-Procure a fleet of electric vehicles used in all of our insulation extraction removal steps.

About Our Employees:
Our employees are our biggest asset. Hard working, caring and respectful. All field personnel are licensed, insured & highly trained asbestos abatement professionals. Everyone who works here is free to participate in the innovation process... thankfully, this has been working.

How We Promote Our Services:

We decided years ago to "no longer" spend money advertising on social media platforms or on sites such as Angi, Yelp or HomeAdvisor. We decided to put that money towards the costs of expediting the vermiculite samples for our customers needing "barium level testing" and towards the development of our "BEST" system. We are yet to hear any customers proclaim this was the "wrong direction" to take...so we will continue on! Projects include Large Watertight Doors, Ultra-Flat Mirrors, Naval Propulsion Components & Aerospace Structures. (How an asbestos abatement contractor got involved with such "high tech" stuff is a loooong, fascinating & pretty cool story if you're into materials science...
